The idea for the Plug-In Power Case was born out of a universal frustration. Whether traveling for work, commuting, or spending a long day out, keeping a smartphone charged usually meant carrying a tangled mess of cables and bulky AC wall adapters.
We looked at the smartphone case industry and noticed a gap: while cases offered physical protection, charging cases were incredibly heavy, and standard cases offered no power solutions at all.
Our engineering team set out to bridge the gap. By designing a compact circuitry compartment and retractable AC prongs, we created a protective housing that plugs directly into the wall.
