Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. FoldOutPowerCase is a specialty smartphone accessory designed to provide phone protection with an integrated charging solution.

If you experience an issue with your FoldOutPowerCase, please contact us so we can review the concern and discuss available options. To help us assist you faster, please include your order number, photos if applicable, and a brief explanation of the issue.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or appears to have a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label to help verify the issue.

After review, FoldOutPowerCase may offer a replacement, repair option, or other resolution at our discretion.

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY

Please confirm your device model before placing your order. FoldOutPowerCase is designed for compatible smartphone models only. We are not responsible for orders placed for the wrong device model, color, or variation.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise approved by FoldOutPowerCase.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests may be possible up until the time the shipping label is generated. All cancellation requests are reviewed by FoldOutPowerCase and may be denied if the order has already been packed, labeled, shipped, dropped off, or collected by the carrier.
